  • 85g caster sugar

  • 1 orange, cut into 5mm slices, plus juice of 2 oranges

  • 1 tbs juniper berries (optional)

  • Ice cubes

  • 30ml Massy gin

  • 30ml orange liqueur

  • 30ml Campari


Place juniper, orange juice and caster sugar in a small saucepan over medium-low heat and stir to dissolve sugar. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes or until thickened. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes. Combine gin, orange liqueur and Campari in a large jug. Divide among glasses.
