RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Can I always return my order?
If a non-personalized product is not quite as you expected, you can return it within 14 working days in the original packaging, without breaking the seal and in new condition, without any justification for the reason. Please report returns first by e-mail to email@example.com with a photo of the goods, account number where the return amount can be deposited and the proof of purchase. Return the article in sufficiently stamped packaging, stating your details (name, telephone number and e-mail address) to: Distillery Massy, Lijsterstraat 30, 3530 Houthalen-Helchteren, Belgium. If the items have been returned correctly, Massy will transfer the amount owed (excluding the initial shipping costs) to you within 30 days and without refund of your return shipping costs.
Due to its specific nature, the right to change, return and cancel your order will lapse if the packaging of the bottle is opened or the seal is damaged. If you have a complaint about a certain product, we ask you to report this in writing to us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and to always illustrate your complaint with a photo.
