Glass: coupette glass
Garnish: basil leaves
5 cl Massy Gin
2.5 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
1.5 cl double basil syrup
Start by pre-cooling a coupette glass with a layer of ice.
Then take a shaker and add 5 centilitres of Massy Gin, 2.5 centilitres of freshly squeezed lemon juice and 1.5 centilitres of double basil syrup.
Lightly crush the basil leaves by hand and add them.
Fill the shaker further with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain the drink into the pre-chilled glass and then garnish with an extra basil leaf. Enjoy!
