ROSEMARY GIN COCKTAIL


  • 60ml Massy Gin

  • 30ml chilled pear juice

  • juice of 1 lemon, plus lemon slices

  • 1 rosemary sprig

  • 60ml chilled soda water ( or tonic)

  • ice cubes

Method:

Fill the glass with ice, the gin and the pear juice. Add lemon and swizzle enthusiastically with the rosemary sprig. Add soda and garnish with a few slices of lemon.
