ROSEMARY GIN COCKTAIL

60ml Massy Gin
30ml chilled pear juice
juice of 1 lemon, plus lemon slices
1 rosemary sprig
60ml chilled soda water ( or tonic)
ice cubes

Method:

Fill the glass with ice, the gin and the pear juice. Add lemon and swizzle enthusiastically with the rosemary sprig. Add soda and garnish with a few slices of lemon.
