60ml Wodka Massy 37.5%
30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon simple syrup
1 teaspoon culinary lavender buds, fresh or dried
Lavender sprig, for garnish
Method:
In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle lavender and simple syrup. Add vodka and lemon juice and fill a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lavender sprig. Serve and enjoy.
