JENEVER JACK

• 1 sprig rosemary

• 40 ml Massy graan jenever

• 10 ml lemon juice

• 50 ml cane syrup

• 6 raspberries

• Ice cubes

Method:

1. Fill the cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Add the Massy graan jenever, lemon juice, sugar syrup and raspberries and shake vigorously.

2. Pour into a glass and crush the raspberries as well.

3. Top with a sprig of rosemary.
