15ml massy vodka
15ml cointreau
60ml champagne
30ml pineapple juice
2 fresh pineapple wedges
cherry, for garnish
Method:
In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle the pineapple piece and the Cointreau. Add the vodka, Pineapple juice, ice and stir. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top slowly with the Champagne. Garnish with the cherry.
