TEATIME FOR ADULTS


  • 30ml Massy Gin

  • 30ml Earl Grey tea concentrate

  • 60 ml champagne

  • lemon slices

  • sugar for rim of glass

  • ice cubes

Method:

Start by making the concentrate. (480 ml water, 8 bags Earl Grey tea, 2 tsp honey) Bring the water to a boil and soak the tea bags in it for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then let it cool to room temperature and stir in the honey. Then put it in the refrigerator. Prepare the glasses by first making a sugar rim. Mix the concentrate together with the Massy Gin and ice cubes, then pour it into the glass. Fill it further with champagne and finish with the lemon slices.
