Captain Blackberry

Ahoy, matey! Captain Blackberry is here to swipe you off your feet. Try this delicious dark and fruity cocktail with our Massy Whisky.

• 60ml Parkers Finest Scotch Whisky 40%

• 20ml Simple syrup

• 30ml Sparkling water

• 2 Blackberries

• 6 Mint leaves

• 1/2 Lime

• 6 Ice cubes

Method:

In a shaker/mixing glass, combine mint leaves, lime wedges and blackberries. Muddle until pulverized. Add whisky, ice, and simple syrup and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Pour into a rocks glass (no straining) and top with sparkling water. Stir and garnish with mint leaves and blackberries. Enjoy!
