RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Can I always return my order?

If a non-personalised product is not quite what you expected, you can return it within 14 working days in its original packaging, without breaking seals and in new condition, without giving any reason.
Please first notify returns by e-mail at info@massy.be with a photo of the goods, the account number to which the return amount may be transferred and the proof of purchase.  Send the item back in a sufficiently stamped package, stating your details (name, phone number and e-mail address) to: Distillery Massy, Lijsterstraat 30, 3530 Houthalen-Helchteren, Belgium.
If the items are returned correctly, Massy will transfer the amount due (excluding the initial shipping costs) and without refunding your return shipping costs back to you within 30 days.

Consumable products
Due to its specific nature, the right to amend, return and cancel your order lapses if the packaging of the food items has been opened or seal damaged.
If you have a complaint about a particular product, we ask that you notify us in writing via email at info@massy.be and always illustrate your complaint with a photo.
